/ WHEAT BREAD
This bread is yeast dough with 75% white wheat and 25% whole wheat flour. It has a nice golden-brown crust and is soft, yet it has a nice substance, because of the whole wheat. It smells of fresh wheat, light straw, roasted almonds and lightly caramelized sugar. It hast a light-medium taste of wheat, some yeast and cake flavors. It is great for slicing, eating it with butter and jam, honey, and all kinds of cold cuts. It is nice with gazpacho and a great bread, to cut up in cubes, for cheese fondue!
Ingredients
Organic white wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, yeast, salt
