The Badisches Laugeweggli is made from the same dough as the Badische Laugebrezeli and you will discover the same intriguing flavors of lye, very light smoke, salt and almost cake like flavors. The roll is perfect for sandwiches of any kind. Try it with butter, ham, some mustard, and pickled cucumbers or substitute the ham with Gruyère cheese!
